Automatic cutting machine composed of :

• Automatic bundle loader for tubes and bars Ø 12-100mm, standard length 6.50m
• Infeeding system with vulkolan (rubber) rollers Ø 160mm activated by a hydraulic motor and proportional valve
• Double hydraulic clamping vice with independent pressure regulation, easy to change jaws
• Saw head is fabricated with hardened and ground helical gears, motor speed adjustable through inverter, digital reading of the head position
• 1 or 2 length stops, or 1 motorized length stop controlled through CN or CNC
• Two position discharge is standard
• The production cycle and all electric functions are controlled by Seimens PLC and OP7 keyboard terminal
• Possibility of joining other machines such as a deburring machine type SB 3000, or an automatic unloading or for tube handling

Hign efficiency saw head, constructed with hardened
and ground helical gear system, blade rotation through inverter, different ranges of blade speed are obtained by quick change gears ratio, digital readout of the blade speed on OP terminal is standard.
