Industrial Saws
The Simec saws for disc cutting of pipes are made with attention to every detail. The machines are automatic and can work pieces of various lengths and different materials. Each processing boasts great precision and each system is designed to meet every single processing requirement.
Custom industrial saws
From the comparison with the customer to the final testing of the cutting line

Analysis of production needs
The project of each industrial saw Simec arises from direct comparison with the customer.
We analyze materials, sections, cutting lengths, production volumes, and the required level of automation to thoroughly understand the operational context.
This phase allows us to define a truly tailored cutting solution, avoiding standard configurations that are not suitable for the actual process.
Design and development of the saw
Based on the collected requirements, our technical office develops the mechanical and functional design of the industrial saw.
Through 3D models, line layouts, and simulations, each component is studied to ensure reliability, accessibility, and integration into the production cycle.
In this phase, loading, unloading, automation, and control solutions are evaluated, identifying any critical issues before construction.

Final assembly and testing
The saw is assembled and tested internally, simulating working conditions as closely as possible to the final production.
Functional testing is carried out on materials and sections similar to those of the customer, verifying cutting accuracy, repeatability, and reliability of the entire system.
Only after passing all tests, the industrial cutting line is ready for installation and commissioning.
