The X120 CNC V1 is an automatic circular sawing machine designed for the precise cutting of tubes and bars, in round, square, rectangular and solid profiles. The vertical head can be swivelled by up to ±60° and allows inclined cuts with high flexibility, ideal for complex machining operations.
The material is clamped by a clamp with recirculating ball screw, while the unloading system handles workpieces from 15 to 3000 mm, with the possibility of extension by means of a dedicated belt.
Cutting accuracy is ±0.1 mm for straight cuts and ±0.3 mm for angled cuts.
The machine can process round tubes up to Ø100 mm (with Ø120 option), square tubes up to 100x100 mm, rectangular tubes up to 120x100 mm, and solid bars up to Ø40 mm.
