The birth of Simec
After more than 10 years of direct experience in the industrial sawing machine sector, Simec was founded.
The first designs, drawn by hand, mark the start of a path of precision, quality and passion for industrial cutting.
1987
New headquarters and business expansion
Faced with growing demand, Simec moved to a new production site. This move marks the’expansion of the business, with an increase in production capacity and the’beginning of a new phase of technological and commercial growth.
1994
Start of collaboration with Nishijimax
Simec initiated a strategic collaboration with Nishijimax, a historic Japanese company and global leader in the bar saw sector. From this synergy comes the integration of SIMAX lines in the Simec catalogue: the Japanese quality of the cutting area, combined with the Italian engineering and customisation of loading, unloading, automation and safety.

20 years of partnership and looking to the future
In 2024 Simec celebrates 20 years of collaboration with Nishijimax, which in turn celebrates 100 years in business. A milestone that reinforces a shared vision of technology, reliability and innovation.

How we work
Design
Each project is born from listening to the real needs of the customer. Our technical team develops customised cutting systems, evaluating layouts, materials and production objectives. We design complete lines for thecutting of bars and tubes, optimised in every detail: loading, unloading, automation, safety and user interface.
Production
Simec saws are the result of a advanced designand a meticulous care at every stage of integration. Each machine is custom configured, combining chigh-quality components and automations developed in-houseto adapt to the customer's needs.This approach allows us to guarantee high performance, reliability over time and complete control of the cutting process.
Testing
Before delivery, each unit is subjected to strong acceptance tests, simulating real operating conditions. We test cutting precision, automatic cycles, waste management and general safety. The customer has the possibility of assisting and validating the test directly at our premises.
Installation
