Ciclomax1500
The Ciclomax1500 is an automatic circular saw for the precise cutting of tubes and solid bars, with a tolerance of ±0,1 mm (plus blade deviation).
It can handle up to 10 different cutting lengths completely autonomously, optimizing productivity. The material is positioned via a clamp on a ball screw, while the 45° inclined head driven by a servomotor on prismatic guides ensures stability, precision, and speed of execution.
It is capable of processing round tubes up to Ø102 mm, squares up to 80x80 mm, rectangles up to 100x70 mm, and solid bars up to Ø60 mm. The cutting length varies from 15 mm to 1500 mm, extendable to 3000 mm by repeating the clamping cycle.
The unloading system can be configured in three directions: front, rear, and for scrap. The Ciclomax1500 stands out for quick setups, reduced maintenance, and maximum efficiency in the automatic cutting of metal profiles.
