The CICLOMAX1500 is an automatic circular saw designed for the precise cutting of round, square, rectangular, oval and solid bars, with a tolerance of ±0.1 mm (plus blade deviation).
It can handle up to 10 different cutting lengths completely autonomously. The material is positioned by clamp on a ball screw, while the 45° inclined head, moved by servomotor on prismatic guides, guarantees stability, precision and speed.
It can process round tubes up to Ø102 mm, square tubes up to 80x80 mm, rectangular tubes up to 100x70 mm, as well as solid bars up to Ø60 mm. The cutting length varies from 15 mm to 1500 mm, extendable to 3000 mm by repeating the clamping cycle.
The discharge system can be configured in three directions: front, rear and for scrap.
The CICLOMAX1500 is characterised by fast setups, minimal maintenance and maximum efficiency in the automatic cutting of metal profiles.
