MEC3000

The MEC3000 V1 is a highly productive automatic sawing machine designed for the precise cutting of tubes into round, square and rectangular profiles. It autonomously handles up to 10 different cutting lengths, with an integrated system for trimming and end-cutting.
Feed is via rubberised rollers and bar stop, with an accuracy of ±0.18 mm. The 45° inclined head, on prismatic guides and driven by servomotor, ensures speed and stability.
It can process diameters from Ø12 to Ø100 mm, square sections from 12x12 to 100x100 mm and rectangular sections up to 100x80 mm, with configurable unloading up to 5 metres.
