The SIMAX 80 is a fully automatic disc saw designed for the precise and continuous cutting of solid bars with round cross-sections from 10 to 80 mm and square cross-sections from 10x10 to 60x60 mm. Thanks to its automatic feeder, the machine feeds the cutting unit in a continuous cycle, optimising machining times and ensuring high productivity.
The machine is built on a 4,500 kg rigid structure, which ensures operational stability and a significant reduction in vibrations. The movement of the cutting unit, on roller skids and driven by a brushless motor with recirculating ball system, allows clean, constant cuts with an excellent surface finish.
The SIMAX 80 is ideal for those looking for precision, reliability and advanced automation in industrial bar cutting.
