The SIMAX 100 is an industrial disc saw designed to cut solid bars with round diameters from 15 to 110 mm and square sections from 20x20 to 75x75 mm, ensuring high performance even on complex materials. Its robust 5,000 kg structure guarantees stability, reliability and low vibration during each work cycle.
The cutting unit, sliding on roller skids and driven by a brushless motor with recirculating ball system, allows clean, repeatable cuts and an excellent surface finish, reducing rework to a minimum.
Designed for high-precision machining, the SIMAX 100 is an ideal solution for cutting solid bars in an industrial environment, with a perfect balance of mechanical strength and cutting quality.
